Q. What is the availability of the Granary?
A. The Granary is available for rental between April 1st and November 15th each year.
Q. How many people can the Granary Accommodate?
A. The Granary can accommodate up to 250 people comfortably in a variety of table layouts with lots of extra space.
Q: How long do we have the venue?
A. Your exclusive use of our venue begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM. Amplified music must be turned off at 10:00 PM, and guests must be departed by 11:00 PM. The wedding party may access the dressing rooms at 11:00 AM. Ceremony start time will either begin at 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM, depending on the bar package timeframe chosen.
Q. Is wedding coordination provided?
A. Yes. An experienced Notting Hill Farm wedding coordinator is part of your wedding experience and works closely with you throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.
Q. What about a ceremony rehearsal?
A. Notting Hill Farm does not offer rehearsals prior to your contracted rental time. Prior to the big day, our wedding coordinator will help you make ceremony decisions and document the plan with you and your partner. Our wedding coordinator can also conduct a quick run-through upon the wedding party’s arrival at the venue on wedding day and will be on hand to run the ceremony and cue those in the processional at ceremony time.
Pre-wedding drop off of décor will be arranged on the Thursday prior to the wedding.
Q. Can we bring our own vendors??
A. We've intentionally curated our catering, entertainment, and floral partners so they know our property and already work seamlessly with our team. You are welcome to select your own photographer, videographer, officiant, bakery, and other specialty vendors.
Q. How much time is allowed for set up and clean up?
A. Set up for your event may begin at 11:00 AM or later. All items must be removed the evening of the event unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior to the event. All rentals including tents need to be scheduled for removal by 10:00 AM the day after your event.
Q. Can we bring our own decor?
A. Absolutely. You are welcome to bring any décor that is ready to place, and our staff can also assist with hanging small signs. Any décor requiring the use of large equipment or ladders must be done by a licensed insured decorator.

Q. Can we make and bring our own desserts?
A. You are welcome to bring any desserts that are ready to place, and our staff can set up your dessert table using our extensive collection of dessert service pieces. Please note that we have very limited refrigeration, so most desserts will need to be room temperature.
Q. Does Notting Hill Farm provide catering or bar service?
A. We do provide bar services, to include the bartenders, and catering is provided by our exclusive catering partner, Zambistro.
Q. Can we provide our own alcohol?
A. No, per New York State liquor law, all alcohol must be provided and served by Notting Hill Farm as holder of the liquor license.
Q. Is the granary climate controlled?
A. Yes. The Granary has both central air conditioning, radiant in-floor heating, and heaters for the patio when needed.
Q. Do you offer a military discount?
A. Yes, we are proud to offer the couple who are all active, reserve, and veteran military a 5% discount off of the venue rental fee.
