The Granary
Location, location, location! Ten minutes from the historic Village of East Aurora, NY, and 25 minutes from downtown Buffalo, NY, Notting Hill Farm is a two-story traditional timber frame barn with authentic mortise and tenon joinery tucked into a quiet, manicured pasture on a 200-acre private working farm estate with a mix of pristine farmland, pastures, and woods. Located on a quiet country road and set back 1,000 feet, situated at the top of a hill with a million-dollar view, there won’t be any interruptions from surrounding neighbors, no heavy traffic or loud vehicles driving by, and no patrons walking through the space intruding on the most important day of your life.
At Notting Hill Farm, we offer exclusivity. Since we hold one event per day, the venue and property is dedicated solely to your wedding. As a private venue, we are not open to the public, so only you, your guests, and your vendors will be onsite the day of, giving you the privacy and personal attention you deserve.
Our fully climate-controlled venue can very comfortably accommodate weddings of 50 and up to 250 guests. No breaking down guest tables to make room for dancing, no dance floor or buffet tables located in separate rooms, and our bar is located right in the main space for ease of guest access. Also, we have designed a variety of floor plans that best fit our space and offer both round and rectangular table layouts, giving you a variety of options to wow your guests!
The spectacular, pastoral farm setting and traditional, authentic-yet-modern facility with its large capacity and amenities, are simply unmatched in the Buffalo, NY area.
